Home Instead Named Homecare Provider of the Year

We are delighted to announce that we were named winner in the Homecare Provider category at The Independent Specialist Care Awards, held in London on Wednesday 11th March. 

The Awards, organised by healthcare information specialist, LaingBuisson, celebrate outstanding innovators and performers in the UK’s specialist care sector. We were one of only 17 companies to collect a prestigious award at the event, hosted by BBC presenter Bill Turnbull. 

In our submission to the judges we highlighted the many things that make Home Instead different including our one hour minimum visits, the matching of CAREGivers and clients and the focus we place on continuity of relationships, our world class client satisfaction levels and the bespoke training delivered to our CAREGivers. 

After collecting the award, our CEO Trevor Brocklebank, paid tribute to Home Instead’s 7,000 CAREGivers, “The winning of this award would not be possible without the considerable commitment of every one of our offices across the country who share a common set of values and an ethos for quality, empathetic care.”
