Home Instead celebrates 11 years of being the most recommended home care company

Leading franchise, Home Instead UK is delighted to be the most recommended home care company on homecare.co.uk, the UK’s top reviews website for the sector, for the 11th consecutive year and since the awards started in 2015.

Dubbed ‘the TripAdvisor for care’ by many, homecare.co.uk is the go-to place for people who want help finding a local company that provides care in people’s homes. Its top 20 regional lists are based on reviews given by clients and their families, so being the most recommended is an extra special accolade.

Home Instead franchises are listed on homecare.co.uk’s latest top 20 regional lists more than any other company, with half of the top 20 home care companies in Scotland being Home Instead offices.

Home Instead has also been listed on the website’s top 20 large and mid-sized home care groups, out of 966 home care groups in the UK. This puts the company in the top 2% of home care groups in the UK of this size.

Home Instead is hugely proud of the role its franchise owners and their teams continue to play in communities across the UK, giving people the option to stay living in their own home should the time come and they need to receive care.

“I am delighted to see Home Instead maintain its position as the most recommended home care company in the UK.”
Martin Jones MBE CEO of Home Instead UK & International

“Putting your older loved ones in the hands of somebody else isn’t a decision that people make lightly. To learn that our local offices have such glowing reviews thanks to their dedicated care professionals and hardworking office teams is fantastic.”

“It is an honour to support older people in their home and we are humbled by the many families across the country who take the time to acknowledge and appreciate the work we do and the difference we are making to the lives of so many.”

Amanda Hopkins, reviews manager of homecare.co.uk, said: “Top quality home care is vital as it supports people so they can continue living in their own homes and retain their independence.”

“People who are less mobile due to illness, a disability or age can become hidden away from society.  When this happens their home care worker often plays a crucial role in keeping them both mentally and physically well.”

“Our reviews are by those who receive the home care as well as their family and friends. This helps others to search for the right care provider, where compassion, trust and empathy are at the heart of their care.”

Home Instead continues to expand its franchise network and is keen to speak to individuals interested in both new territories and resale opportunities.
