Home Instead enters 20th year in business in the UK

2025 is already shaping up to be a successful year for Home Instead. The home care company will reach its 20th anniversary this year; that’s two decades of transforming the home care sector and becoming the number one franchise in the sector.

Sharing the Home Instead message

With a busy year ahead, Home Instead will continue to play a part in franchise events and exhibitions, networking with aspiring franchisees with an entrepreneurial flair and a genuine desire to help older people to live independently.

Home Instead has an unrivalled peer support network, where owners benefit from regular regional meetings, training events and networking with neighbouring offices providing opportunities to get together and share experiences.

Last month was an annual highlight in the home care company’s calendar as their conference got underway at the end of January. The event brought together over 1000 members of Home Instead’s national franchise network across two days, to celebrate their passion for care with workshops, presentations, training and keynote speakers.

It was an opportunity for everyone to learn and develop, share best practice, engage and meet their peers. The conference celebrated the many achievements of the franchise network and also gave the network a chance to look ahead to the future.
