On awarding Bluebird Care, the judges commented:

Bluebird Care presented a gold standard for other franchises. They were leaders in their industry in terms of their investment in technology to support franchisees and the elderly people they were caring for. It was both innovative in a business and social sense and its innovations could be adapted by franchisors across the board.”

Duncan Berry, chief operating officer of Bluebird Care commented:

We are thrilled that Bluebird Care has won this award, we continue to invest in new technology to support our franchisees and their businesses, most recently launching our new staff guide app and the PASSsystem.”
