National Conference 2016 – Clean Cut

It’s the time of the year that we get all the team together again for the National conference.
We are pleased to report some stunning results for the last year and some really exciting growth plans for the 2016.

The headlines of our franchisees:

• 33% have exceeded their goals for 2015
• 50% are on target
• 17% are below (But only slightly and we know why and what to do about it)
• None have failed to make a profit
• All are making more money than they were in their previous employment
• We have a 0% churn (We have not lost a single franchisee)

To say we are chuffed is an understatement. The big thing about getting a room full of franchisees together is the vast amount of knowledge transfer that occurs between everyone you see, unlike starting up a business for yourself being part of Clean Cut means you are not alone, you get to run a business for yourself but not by yourself, not only do you get the experience and knowledge of myself, a business adviser and a sales coach you also get to tap into the experiences of your peers. And that is priceless.

The selflessness of the team never ceases to amaze us, the way they support and help each other is just fantastic, they even have their own what’s apps group! As well as a great photo opportunity we managed to cram some really good stuff into the day including a full review of the past year and everyone’s plans for the next, some teamwork around our marketing plans for the forthcoming year and a dedicated facebook training for the guys.
And like all good meetings it finished in the pub!
