HomeXperts award

HomeXperts Managing Director, Sussanne Chambers, commented: “Being shortlisted as finalists for the esteemed Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber Awards shows how exceptional our business is on a regional level. During this year we have invested in new technology for potential and existing franchisees. This has made massive changes in processes and created significant efficiencies which have led to a reduction in operating costs. Our dedication to improving our franchise model has seen us create seven new jobs to help implement the new systems and educate franchisees on how to use the software.

“We have created the innovative HomeXperts Hub, a cloud-based technology which provides our new and existing franchisees all the training, marketing materials, legal documents and software that they need to make their business a success. They also have a member’s forum for formal discussions and their personal social media site, XpertsBuzz, where they can discuss ideas with their fellow franchisees.

HomeXperts franchisees have 24/7 access to the Hub, which means they can reach the documents they need at their convenience. This capability allows them freedom to plan their day, knowing they have all that they would need at the click of the button, speeding up the process for their clients. This enables franchisees to deliver great service to clients, using all the resources available to them”.
