A Fantastic End to the Year for NIC

NIC Services Group are set for a fantastic finish to 2014 with four new franchisees joining the network.

With one training course having just been completed and 3 more to be completed before the end of the year, NIC have seen their franchise family grow substantially in 2014. These 4 franchisees are based throughout the UK & have all joined a very well-established business in a market sector which is growing significantly.

This is an exceptionally busy time for NIC and a fantastic way to end an already very successful year.” – Steve Calvert, National Franchise Development Manager

Rob Paterson is the latest franchisee to have completed NIC’s comprehensive in-house training course. NIC’s initial franchise training consists of an extensive in-house training programme which includes practical training on managing cleaning staff, explanations of the methods of working and the associated Health and Safety systems and an induction programme covering all aspects of the business from sales & marketing to operations and finance.

All training is completed in NIC’s custom-built training facility at their Head Office in Leeds. After the classroom training has been completed the franchise mobilisation team continues the training in the field.

Rob states that, “the training provided by NIC is excellent, it has helped me to become familiar with their systems and procedures to ensure the future success of my business.”

A fantastic end to the year for NIC

He continues, “one of my reason’s for joining NIC was the quality of their training programme and the fact that the franchisor was so confident that I would be a success they were prepared to guarantee my profit in year one. This investment in training and the security of earning from day one was a great combination.”

Steve Calvert concludes: “Most of our franchisees do not have any experience of the facilities sector but as the business is a management franchise hands on experience of managing teams of cleaners is not essential.

“Our training course assumes no previous experience in any element of the business. Some franchisees come from substantial corporate businesses and others have a range of skills acquired in other industries managing large teams. The one thing that they all have in common is a desire to run a substantial & stable business.”

NIC Services Group has over 50 years of industry experience and has been franchising since 1995 and continues to grow and develop as its franchise network expands further. To learn more about NIC Services Group franchise, please visit our FranchiseInfo profile page here.
