Feel confident in your business, with our ongoing support

A common misconception about franchising is that support from the franchisor is likely to fizzle out once your business is established. At Right at Home, we are with you every step of your franchise journey, from start-up to exit.

When you’re trying to find your ideal franchise, you want to be confident of the support and training you will receive throughout the lifetime of your business. “Joining Right at Home is viewed as a long-term partnership,” explains Lucy Campbell, Group Director of Operations. “Of course, we offer you intensified support in the early days. But we constantly shape our ongoing programmes to help you drive your business forward.”

We understand our business owners want to build a successful homecare business in the heart of the community, delivering high standard care to Clients. “Our Business Support Managers support you across all areas of your business, including; recruitment and staffing, finance, marketing, compliance, strategic planning and analysis,” explains Kate Dilworth, Franchise Recruitment Manager. “You can enlist the specialist expertise of anyone in the team, whenever you need us.”

Identifying your options
When you approach seven years with Right at Home, we offer you a specialist programme, outlining your options for the future. This may include making plans to step back from the business in a more managerial role, and /or exiting your business altogether.

We help you identify your options, and any factors which could affect the potential value of your business. This is because we believe franchisees should ideally start planning their exit, up to three years before they want to sell.

Supporting high-earning success
Earlier this year, we also launched a new Growth Accelerator Programme for top-performing franchisees. By working more closely with Right at Home’s leadership team and an external business coach, you would be challenged, and given the tools, to achieve a further 15% growth.

“It’s also not uncommon to see business growth start to stagnate, once Franchisees start making a decent profit,” explains Lucy. “Our aim is to work through this with you, and support and motivate you to take your business to new heights.”
