The Alternative Board Franchise Unites Leaders in Vienna

The owners of The Alternative Board UK franchise joined fellow Global Master Partners from over 20 countries at the bi-annual TAB Master Summit, held this year in Vienna.
TAB franchisees have been fostering business growth across the UK for over 15 years, with a thriving network that supports more than 400 local business owners through monthly peer board meetings and one-to-one coaching. As more business owners look for collaborative, experience-led solutions to help them to grow and develop, interest in TAB’s services and franchise model continues to grow.
The annual event brought together master franchisors from TAB’s international network to collaborate, innovate, and strengthen the organisation’s shared mission to support business owners around the world.
The UK duo of co-owners Mags Fuller and Ed Reid contributed to high-level discussions on strategy, best practices and franchise development, ensuring that UK business owners continue to benefit from a world-class support system built on peer collaboration, expert coaching and leadership development.
“The energy and insight at this year’s summit were genuinely inspiring,” commented Mags Fuller, FD of TAB UK who attended the event with co-owner and MD, Ed Reid. “Being part of a global community gives us the opportunity to gather fresh perspectives and proven strategies that we can bring back to benefit our UK franchisees, their businesses and their members. It was invaluable to connect with peers from across the world, sharing experiences, challenges and ideas. We were proud to represent the UK at such a significant international event and have returned energised and full of momentum for the year ahead.”
With operations in 24 countries, TAB’s global reach enhances the value it delivers locally. UK franchisees benefit from international knowledge-sharing while building meaningful relationships with SME owners in their own communities.
As more business owners seek peer-led support, the demand for TAB’s services continues to rise. Its franchise model allows aspiring franchisees to become a part of their local business community, supporting company owners and their senior teams while growing their own franchise in the process. TAB is welcoming new franchise enquiries from experienced professionals with strong business acumen who are passionate about helping others to succeed. You may have had a corporate career and have reached a stage where you would like to work for yourself whilst using the incredible skills you already have.
