Top 10 once again for ActionCOACH

ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business coaching firm, is celebrating after being named one of the UK’s top franchise opportunities. Ranking 6th this year in the prestigious Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100), a title they will hold for the duration of 2023, ActionCOACH is proving once again to be the business coaching industry’s most innovative company.

The EF100, established in 2017 in association with HSBC, is the franchising list to watch. It recognises the sector’s brightest businesses and ranks them according to a broad range of criteria; from their financial performance and heritage to their contribution to the community and the way they embrace innovation.

Established in association with HSBC in 2017, the EF100 is Britain’s official list of the best franchises in the UK. With more competition than ever and despite the current turbulent economic climate, ActionCOACH has once again made it into the top ten – an achievement they have secured each year since the awards began. In fact, ActionCOACH is also the only brand to be in the top 10 of the EF100 whilst rated 5-Star for Franchisee Satisfaction by the WorkBuzz annual Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark Survey ever since both awards began.

“ActionCOACH truly deserves to be within the top 10 of the league every year,” said Scott English, Brand Director of Elite Franchise. “We believe it’s important to highlight the franchise businesses that excel in our annual guide. Each year, the ranking becomes more competitive, and this year has been no exception – our 24 industry-leading judges were right up to the wire with making their decision due to the range of incredible businesses that applied this year.”

Anita Roberts, Franchise Director at HSBC UK, added, “The distinguished list considers entrants’ sales and growth figures, as well as the training and support systems in place for their franchisees. This year, brands were also judged on their initiative to succeed during the difficult after-effects of the pandemic, along with how the franchise is planning to tackle the current financial crisis. Securing a place in the top 10 again is a testament to all that ActionCOACH has achieved over the past year.”

Ian Christelow, ActionCOACH UK’s co-founder, is thrilled for the franchise as it receives yet another professional accolade, “This ranking confirms that what we are doing at ActionCOACH works. What our franchise partners and their teams do makes a difference. Thanks to them and our remarkable UK Support Team, we have once again reached a top spot on this esteemed list.

“We’re proud to not only offer exemplary services to our clients but to also be on our way to having a coach supporting every British business – a significant goal of ours as we aim to spread abundance through business coaching on a global scale. I couldn’t be prouder of the dedication and excellence of our UK franchise team.”
