Jobs boost for caring and kind-hearted CAREGivers

Home Instead Senior Care is urging kind and compassionate people in the UK to join the wave of kindness sweeping the nation as they look to employ a further 3,000 CAREGivers across the UK.

The global coronavirus pandemic is sadly leading to the shedding of jobs across many sectors. With people aged over 70 being asked to socially distance and remain at home, Home Instead is able to offer a jobs boost as they look for more caring and compassionate people to join their 212 local franchise teams.

Commenting on the situation created by the pandemic, Martin Jones, CEO of Home Instead Senior Care UK said:

“We want to ensure we can continue to commit to caring for our older clients especially following the government’s advice to remain at home and socially distance; which inevitably will leave many elderly people unable to leave their homes or see the people who they may usually do day-to-day.

“We want to harness the community-spirit and kindness that is being demonstrated all over the UK right now, as those attributes are key to our workforce. In particular we are seeking those who have recently lost a role in one of the sectors which are struggling at this time that might have transferable skills.

“There are so many people out there who could help us make a positive difference to older people through relationship-led care. We are urging them to step forward and contact our local franchise offices.”

In recruiting for these new roles, Home Instead wants to ensure that there are enough CAREGivers to deal with the increasing level of demand they are experiencing from clients, both new and existing.

Home Instead provides training to all new recruits so no qualifications or experience in the area is needed. Home Instead is also recruiting for Care Managers, Recruiters and Schedulers.

There are currently more than 3,000 new vacancies across the UK franchise offices.

As Home Instead Senior Care is caring for our older generation, new franchise opportunities are available to enable expansion into new areas where they can deliver their services to even more local communities.

Home Instead Senior Care is the UK’s No. 1 franchise home care company with a management-led business model that is proven to deliver outstanding care and outstanding results for their franchisees.
