Home Instead still the most recommended UK home care company

Home Instead are delighted to once again be named as the most recommended home care franchise company in the UK by homecare.co.uk.

Homecare.co.uk is the top reviews site for the home care sector, and their annual awards are based on reviews that different home care companies receive from their clients and their loved-ones, recognising the highest-scoring providers across 11 UK regions. Often called ‘the TripAdvisor for care’, homecare.co.uk is the go-to place for people who want help finding a local company that provides care in people’s homes.

Home Instead have 50 franchise offices recognised across the regional lists, more than any other home care company. Their franchise offices all over the country continue to play a big part in their communities, making a difference to the lives of those in need of care.

Reviews manager of homecare.co.uk, Amanda Hopkins, says:

“As people live longer with multiple health conditions, home care providers, which offer tailored care to people living in their own homes are becoming increasingly important in today’s society.

“During the pandemic, home care providers have played a key role in caring for elderly and disabled people, with many self-isolating at home, and their friends and family unable to visit due to Covid restrictions.

“Our reviews provide a valuable insight into the quality and kind of care given by providers and can be a vital source of information for those looking for care at home.

“Home Instead has proved that it provides a high standard of care, and we’d like to congratulate it on being a top home care group! It is a huge achievement to be named as one of the Top 20 home care groups in the UK.”

Martin Jones, CEO, says:

“We encourage our clients and their families to regularly give us open and honest feedback, so to receive so many positive reviews and receive an award for it is an absolute honour.

“Our fantastic CAREGivers have certainly been put through their paces over the past 15 months. For them to continue to delivering quality care and go to great lengths to keep our elderly population safe at such a challenging time makes me incredibly proud. The fact that this has been reflected in this prestigious award is an incredible acknowledgement of their constant dedication.”
