Home Instead Senior Care named ‘Franchisor of the Year’ award finalist

Home Instead Senior Care Award Home Instead is proud to announce that they are a finalist in the bfa HSBC British Franchise ‘Franchisor of the Year’ award, which is considered the ultimate award in UK Franchising.

The in-home care franchise company are amongst 6 franchisors to have made it to the finals in the Franchisor of the Year category.

Judges were looking for ethical companies with strategies that stand out from the crowd; those that are going above and beyond and can convey this along with substantial evidence to support positive impact.

Ruth Brown, Business Development Director commented, “Being a finalist in this award means such a lot as it also acknowledges our contribution to the care sector. Caring is at the heart of everything we do at Home Instead, for our national office, franchise owners, their teams and of course our wonderful clients.

She continued, “Our aim is to have an ethical business in every respect. From the person-centred care delivered to our clients to the mutual respect between our teams all working together for the greater good.”

Pip Wilkins QFP, CEO of the British Franchising Association, congratulated the in-home care providers, “Home Instead Senior Care has always had an excellent reputation in the industry. In the past 12 months, it has also taken the decision to offer basic medical care for its clients in a move to give a better quality of life for the elderly and increase lifespan.”

Head of Franchising at HSBC, Andrew Brattesani said, “As well as delivering outstanding care, the franchisor also focuses heavily on the wellbeing of the franchisees and CAREGivers. Developing the ‘HISC Franchise Journey’, this details the support a franchisee requires from a self-developmental perspective and has been very successful.” 


The winners will be announced at the bfa HSBC British Franchise Awards, to be held at the Vox, Birmingham, on November 30.
