Home Instead Senior Care Appoint In-House Legal Counsel to Support Growth

Multi-award winning at-home care franchisor, Home Instead Senior Care UK Limited (“Home Instead”), has further strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Natalia Lewis as its in-house Legal Counsel.

Natalia (pictured) brings a wealth of franchise industry knowledge and expertise to the role, having spent the last seven years with Hamilton Pratt, the largest specialist franchise law firm in Europe. This appointment signals Home Instead’s comitment to both the continued growth of its franchise operation in the UK and to providing franchisees with the highest quality market leading support.

In her new role Natalia will support and advise Home Instead and its franchise owners on all legal matters and related issues. This will include ensuring legal compliance, limiting risk and providing expert and strategic advice to senior management. She will also monitor the impact of government initiatives on care operations and any potential implications to the delivery of quality care by Home Instead.

Martin Jones, Chief Operating Officer at Home Instead commented:

“Natalia’s working knowledge of Home Instead and her previous experience in the franchise industry makes her a significant addition to our management team. At Home Instead we are passionate about providing the highest quality relationship led support to our franchisees.

As we continue to grow and legislation changes, we recognise that we must provide an enhanced expert service to our network. It is essential that we have support in place to help our franchisees grow their businesses and also to protect our brand. We believe that we are the first care franchise in the UK to offer such support to its network.

I have worked with Home Instead as their lawyer for approximately 5 years and I am delighted to be joining a company that is driving real change in the care industry and continuously looking at ways to innovate and improve its services and operations. I am very excited to work with the team and our franchise owners, and to play a role in continuing the momentum that Home Instead has achieved so far.” Natalia Lewis
