Home Instead recognised for Employee Engagement

Leading home care franchise, Home Instead is celebrating being named in third place in the Health & Social Care’s 20 Best Companies to Work for List 2021.

‘The Best Companies to Work For’ lists recognise commitment to employees and the importance of employee engagement as part of a business’s success.

The accreditation has been granted to Home Instead’s National Office: a team of 77 comprising of departments including business development, care quality, IT, marketing and legal support. Together, the National Office team supports Home Instead’s 230+ franchise offices across the UK, helping them deliver quality care to their communities.

People Director at Home Instead, Karen Dakin, said, “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded and recognised in all three categories.
