Home Instead is delighted to become the first home care company to be made available to Boots UK’s customers through their platform, the Boots Health Hub.

Finding care for a loved one can often be confusing and stressful, with many people unsure where to even start. Home Instead work hard to make this process as straightforward as possible, so by joining the Boots Health Hub the leading home care franchise is able to offer people much needed convenient access to the range of home care services they provide across the UK.

Home Instead’s mission is to become the most admired care provider through changing the face of ageing. Their focus lies on supporting our ageing population to have both the choice and ability to remain safe and well in their own homes. This is just one of the ways Home Instead supports colleagues across the NHS and social care.
This partnership will help to increase people’s awareness and understanding of the main benefits of home care.

Commenting on the partnership, Head of Corporate Sales and Partnerships at Home Instead, Sarah Williamson said: “Boots is such a trusted brand and somewhere people turn to for advice. As such, we are delighted to be working with them on this exciting initiative.
“It is another way we can help to change the face of ageing by raising awareness, bringing peace of mind and making it easy to find quality home care. I am sure the Health Hub will be an invaluable asset to people across the UK.”

Tom McKay, Head of Health Hub and Online Doctor at Boots UK said about the partnership,
“I’m delighted to welcome Home Instead to the Boots Heath Hub. The tailored approach to the services they provide is key for those receiving care, as it allows people to live in the way they want to. This partnership is another step towards our ambition of supporting customers in whatever their healthcare need may be. Boots, supported by our Health Hub partners, are uniquely positioned to help the nation get better and stay well.”
The Boots partnership joins a long line of quality connections that Home Instead has made over the past few years, helping not only to boost their services but to boost brand awareness. In the home care sector, Home Instead is becoming the go-to name, helping to improve understanding and awareness of care in your own home more widely as well as promoting their franchise owners on a local level.
