Home Instead officially the most recommended home care company

We are proud to once again be the most recommended home care company in the Top 20 Home Care Groups award winners in the UK. This is praise indeed as it is based directly on the reviews from the most important people, the wonderful clients we care for.

Overall, 50 Home Instead franchise offices were featured in the regional Top 20 Home Care Providers regional awards.

Review website Homecare.co.uk is the Trip Advisor of the home care industry. The independent site lists all registered UK home care providers and publishes verified pieces of independent feedback. The awards are based on over 14,000 reviews by clients, family and friends.

The exceptional reviews covered multiple areas, including staff, care/support, management, being ‘treated with dignity’, value for money and overall standard. Reviews from across the UK showed high levels of confidence and praise for Home Instead.

Glowing reviews included: “If you want an outstanding team of CAREGivers to look after your loved one, then look no further than Home Instead. They looked after my relative for over 2-years and went above and beyond in every respect of her care.”

Another review said: “We feel very privileged to have had such a dedicated and loving team taking care of our relative.”

Martin Jones, CEO of Home Instead Senior Care UK, said, “Our CAREGivers provide outstanding care to our clients every single day to help them to continue living in their own homes and this award is a tribute to their dedication and hard work. Our franchise network is truly exceptional.”

Amanda Hopkins, reviews manager of Homecare.co.uk, said: “People are living longer with more complex conditions, so home care providers, which offer compassionate, personalised care to people living in their own homes are becoming increasingly crucial in today’s society.

“Home Instead Senior Care has proved that it provides a high standard of care and we’d like to congratulate it on being a top home care group it’s a real achievement.”
