Home Instead holds position as a top care group on trusted review site

Home Instead – still the UK’s most recommended home care provider

Leading home care franchise, Home Instead is delighted to have retained their position as the most recommended home care provider on homecare.co.uk. The rankings, based on real reviews from Home Instead clients and their loved ones, have placed more Home Instead offices in the regional top 20 lists than any other provider.

This is the fourth consecutive year Home Instead have been ranked as the most recommended, with 43 of their local offices reaching the top 20 in their region. The home care franchise has also been listed on the website’s top 20 large and mid-sized home care groups, out of 678 home care groups in the UK.

The awards are based on reviews that home care companies receive from clients and their loved ones. Often called ‘the TripAdvisor for care’, homecare.co.uk is the go-to place for people who want help finding a local company that provides care in people’s homes. Every year, they list the top 20 companies in each region, out of 10,641 home care providers in the UK, recognising those that have the highest review scores.

Amanda Hopkins, reviews manager of homecare.co.uk, said: “People are living longer with multiple health conditions and so home care providers which offer tailored care to people living in their own homes are hugely important in today’s society. During the last two years in the pandemic, home care providers played a key role in caring for elderly and disabled people, with many self-isolating at home, and their friends and family unable to visit due to Covid restrictions. Home Instead has proved that it provides a high standard of care and we’d like to congratulate it on being a top home care group! It is a huge achievement to be named as one of the Top 20 home care groups in the UK.

“Our reviews provide a valuable insight into the quality and kind of care given by providers and can be a vital source of information for those looking for care at home.”

Martin Jones, CEO of Home Instead UK, said: “This award is particularly important because it’s based on reviews from the very people we’re here to support: our clients and their families. Our fantastic Care Professionals continue to do us all proud by working tirelessly to keep older people happy, safe and well at home. And let’s not forget how brilliant they all were during the pandemic.  They quickly adapted to new guidelines and provided clients with much-needed emotional support during such an anxious time.

“I’m so proud of everyone across the Home Instead family who has contributed to this achievement. We look forward to continuing to provide excellent care that makes a difference to families across the UK.”

Home Instead’s franchisees are leading the way as providers of quality home care services in their local communities, valued for their companionship-focused approach. As thought leaders and key employers within their local areas, their work makes a real difference – investing in a franchise which is not only scalable and profitable, but truly rewarding.
