Home Instead franchisees gain 5* for employee satisfaction

Home Instead franchisees across the UK don’t just provide quality home care services to ageing adults across local communities, but they also become employers of choice- creating a number of rewarding job roles for caring and compassionate people.

Home Instead are delighted that a number of their caring franchisees received glowing feedback in a recent employee satisfaction survey, being named as 5 star employers by independent employee engagement expert, WorkBuzz.

A total of 34 Home Instead franchise offices achieved this highest rating, based on feedback from their CAREGivers. The offices all had high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction, providing rewarding roles with real career progression. Home Instead offices in Retford and Gainborough, and Havant received an amazing 100% score!
