3-star accreditation for care franchise Home Instead

Best Company recognition for Home Instead

Home care franchise Home Instead are delighted that once again, their National Office has been recognised as one of the best places to work. They have earned 3-star accreditation from Best Companies; an organisation working to build better workplaces.

The recognition focuses on the 70 plus team who work at their National Office in Warrington, Cheshire – the nerve centre of their operation that supports their network of 226 franchise offices across the UK.

The 3-star accreditation is the highest achievable and means that the company has achieved ‘world class’ levels of engagement in the team.

Home Instead prides itself on being a ‘people’ business. Without great people, without great employee engagement, and without outstanding support, Home Instead franchise offices would not be able to deliver their high-quality, award-winning home care services.

Commenting on the news, people director at Home Instead, Karen Dakin said, “We are delighted to achieve the Best Companies 3-star accreditation. It is great recognition of how connected we are as a team at Home Instead in achieving our vision of changing the face of ageing.

“We are very proud of the team; they have been and are amazing, and we truly thank everyone for their outstanding commitment especially through lockdown and remote working.”

Home Instead wants to be recognised as a company that people aspire to work for, with or recommend and this accreditation is testament to that. The National Office team have worked hard to support the franchise network this year, but they have also been happy and proud to do so.

Adding to Karen’s comments, CEO Martin Jones said, “I am really proud that we have been awarded a ‘world class’ 3-star rating. As a mission-led business we all share a common-purpose, and this feeds into our culture and everything we do as a team.

“The last year has been challenging for everyone in the team. To achieve world class levels of engagement, this year more than ever, bears testament to our team spirit and the support we give each other.

“It’s fair to say that the pandemic has drawn the best out of us. Well done everyone.”
