With a career that spans law, global franchising, and now social care, David Glover brings a rare blend of commercial insight and heart to his role as Joint CEO of Caremark. A qualified solicitor and former leading franchise lawyer, David helped launch Subway in the UK before building a successful multi-store operation of his own.

He joined Caremark in 2014, drawn to the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives through high-quality home care. Since stepping into the CEO role, David has led a modern transformation of the brand, built a dynamic senior leadership team, and strengthened relationships with over 150 offices’ Franchise Owners throughout the UK & Ireland.
