Lorraine Ellis
Lorraine has a background in software engineering and built a successful career in IT Management in the City, with extensive expertise in technology and management. More recently she has been working at a Chartered Accountant and has operational experience from an EE franchise. She has three children, who compete at high level sport and volunteers as a London Swimming Team Manager and committee member for a successful swimming club.
Lorraine believes in the fundamentals from competitive sport of resilience and teamwork, and they form the basis of her approach to business. “Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard”.
Satvir Saran
Satvir is a mother of three, and together with her husband they are directors of a successful property development and land acquisition business with a property letting company. Satvir has worked on an array of residential development projects across Kent and London and built an impressive portfolio and profitable business.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management and Finance, with over 15 years’ experience in property management, with expertise in industry regulatory compliance and property marketing. Satvir has a creative approach to business and brings her passion for self-care and wellness to the workplace.
Together Lorraine and Satvir have three Vodafone Franchise stores in south east London as part of Vodafone’s successful Partner Programme. For these two women, running a franchise business together has given them an opportunity to utilise their combined skills to see their business grow and still maintain a balance with family life.
Lorraine and Satvir are passionate about promoting women in business and becoming Vodafone Partners has given them the flexibility and autonomy of being business owners, whilst at the same time having the support, backing and weight of an iconic British brand behind them.
Since becoming Vodafone Partners, Lorraine and Satvir have grown the team and seen their vision come to life. They are looking forward to seeing their business develop and the team grow from strength to strength.
