Colin Martin-Weekes

My name is Colin Martin-Weekes and I’m the Head of Franchise for GoCruise & Travel and our Business Partners.

I’ve always worked in travel after finishing my degree, both overseas and in the UK retail/tour operating, with 25 years’ experience. I’ve been with the Fred. Olsen Travel Group that the Franchise is proudly part of for over 10 years now, and 5 being with the Franchise. I’m very proud to have built a support framework that allows our members to operate individual businesses under our branding, commercials, encouragement, and guidance.

Our strategy is to ensure we build our Franchise with “the right fit” approach in our recruitment and ensure our training programme maximises their skills in operating their own cruise and travel business. We ensure “we look after what we have built together” and always put the “customer at the heart of what we do best”. We have a long heritage of over 20 years, and pride ourselves in being a cruise specialist franchise model for those with a keen passion for the industry we all love.
