X-Press Legal network get together

Gala evening celebrates the X-Press network

X-Press Legal Services, the largest independent property search provider, recently celebrated its franchise network at a gala evening. The event provided an opportunity to recognise the achievements of the network, and for franchisees to let their hair down after their busiest ever year.

The event, hosted at Crewe Hall in Cheshire, welcomed X-Press’s network of 27 franchisees to celebrate the end of another whirlwind year. The conveyancing market had seen its busiest ever period due to the Stamp Duty Holiday, and X-Press franchisees were there to support the sector throughout this period.

X-Press Legal has been providing expert property searches and reports to the conveyancing sector for almost 25 years.

During the event, a number of franchisees were awarded for their exceptional performance throughout the past year – whether this was in customer service, helping the franchise network grow and develop, or in growing their own business to another level.

It was also a great chance for the network to reconnect after two years of missed celebrations, giving them a chance to catch up a on personal level – strictly, no business.

Lynne Lister, Managing Director of X-Press Legal Services commented: “Our recent gala evening was a great opportunity to reconnect with our network in person, and for them all to have some fun! Apart from recognising our award winners and thanking everyone for their dedication and hard work, it was a work free evening- letting everyone have a drink, a dance, and a good time.”

The celebration evening is just one of the ways the X-Press network stays connected. As a tight-knit group, franchisees regularly meet up for training, roadshows, CPD and charity events, as well as taking part in frequent online webinars and regular peer group sessions.

Many of the franchisees have been with the company since it franchised in 2005, but they are also pleased to have welcomed two new franchisees throughout the past year – with old faces helping new by sharing best practice, supporting growth and referring clients.
