Winners revealed in 2016 Best Franchise Awards

Smith & Henderson, founders of the Best Franchise Awards have today named the winners for 2016. The announcement was made following their annual Best Franchise Conference sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The conference, attended by over 120 people brought together a cross section of franchisors and service providers, who attended a selection of educational and informative talks and presentations during the day. Topics covered included ‘High Performance Decision Making’ by Shweta Jhajharia of ActionCOACH and ‘Living in a Selfie World’ by key note speaker Ed Couchman from Facebook.

The Best Franchise Awards are unique because they based on the satisfaction of current franchisees. Franchisees are asked to rate their franchisor on everything from training and support, to shared goals and how the experience of being a franchisee has compared with their expectations. This genuine recommendation by existing franchisees is a powerful marketing tool for winners, as it demonstrates a genuine testimonial from people living and working within their brand every day.

The 2016 winners are:

L to R: Suzie McCafferty – Platinum Wave, Tim Jones – Right At Home, Lucy Campbell – Right At Home, Ken Deary – Right At Home, Ian Christelow – ActionCOACH, Caroline Gowing – Pink Spaghetti, Vicky Matthews – Pink Spaghetti, Anne-Marie Martin – diddi dance.
