Simply the best – thats final

Fantastic feedback from Home Instead Senior Care franchisees has secured a shortlisting for the homecare brand in the 2015 Best Franchise Awards’ £75+ investment category.

Home Instead are thrilled to be finalists in these significant sector awards, which are based on feedback from franchisees in Smith & Henderson’s annual Franchisee Satisfaction Survey.

Home Instead’s 2015 survey results brought home the highest rating possible for the third consecutive year – the 5 Star Rating making a high five hat-trick for franchising with the brand.

This year’s survey was completed by 95% of Home Instead’s franchisees – demonstrating its business owners’ engagement in the research with 2015 headline findings including:

  • 99% of franchisees believe the services they provide are better than the competition
  • 94% of franchise owners believe the brand helps them differentiate themselves in the market place
  • 92% of franchisees believe the franchisor’s leadership has a clear vision for the future

Home Instead is one of three finalists in its Best Franchise Award category this year. Home Instead scooped the top award in 2013 and were finalists in 2014 – making three consecutive years in the top tiers of franchise recognition.
