Simply the best – thats final

Fantastic feedback from Home Instead Senior Care franchisees has secured a shortlisting for the homecare brand in the 2015 Best Franchise Awards’ £75+ investment category.

Home Instead are thrilled to be finalists in these significant sector awards, which are based on feedback from franchisees in Smith & Henderson’s annual Franchisee Satisfaction Survey.

Home Instead’s 2015 survey results brought home the highest rating possible for the third consecutive year – the 5 Star Rating making a high five hat-trick for franchising with the brand.

This year’s survey was completed by 95% of Home Instead’s franchisees – demonstrating its business owners’ engagement in the research with 2015 headline findings including:

  • 94% of franchise owners believe the brand helps them differentiate themselves in the market place
  • 92% of franchisees believe the franchisor’s leadership has a clear vision for the future
