Puddle Ducks achieve 5* franchisee satisfaction for a record-breaking 12th consecutive year!

Nationwide child and baby swim school franchise, Puddle Ducks, is delighted to be named as the first franchise to achieve 12 consecutive years of 5* franchisee satisfaction. 

The survey, conducted by independent consultancy WorkBuzz, asked Puddle Ducks’ 33 franchisees across the UK, to review the support provided to them from their National Office team. Key themes reviewed were training and support, the system, culture and relationships, leadership, value and rewards, and general satisfaction. 

Puddle Ducks once again received outstanding results, praised for the quality of their training and support, as well as the ongoing support provided to franchisees from the team at National Office.

Franchisees believed there was a strong peer support network, through which the network support one another and share best practice. There was a strong recognition that the Puddle Ducks brand helps franchisees to attract customers, differentiating them from others within the sector. 

The quality of leadership within the network was highlighted, with franchisees having faith in the longevity of their business success and being proud to be part of the Puddle Ducks brand.
