Nompi is the newest member of the Thomas Cleaning team

Thomas Cleaning are proud to welcome their latest franchisee to the team, Nompi who will be starting her franchise in Manchester.

Nompi’s been looking at franchises for a while now, and after coming along to one of Thomas Cleaning’s discovery days, she found the right franchise.

Nompi’s training starts on 14th December, where she’ll spend the week with Richard Thomas, learning everything she needs to know about the business. The training covers their bespoke software system, CRM systems, marketing and much much more.

Once Nompi has finished her training, her first port of call will be her 30 day business booster. It gives her clear instructions on everything she needs to do. It’s even broken down hour by hour, so there’s no ‘head scratching’ going on as Richard likes to call it. The 30 day business booster is tried and tested, and has brought back stellar results for previous franchisees, so all Nompi has to do is follow the plan.

Richard Thomas from Thomas Cleaning has said, “I can’t wait for Nompi to get started, she’s going to be a real asset to the team and I’m looking forward to watching her business grow”.
