Kare Plus: The truly multi-income healthcare franchise

Kare Plus is the UK’s most established multi-service healthcare franchise – meaning it provides much more than just home care services. Kare Plus offers a full range of healthcare services including specialist and non-specialist nursing, supported living services, critical care services, home care and more.

Established in 1989, Kare Plus has over 25 years’ experience developing a business model and an award winning service range that not only meets the increasing demand for private healthcare services, but also provides a profitable, multi-income business venture for all of its franchise owners. Directors, Steve Welsh and Tom Roe first began their Kare Plus journey as franchise owners too, so fully understand the requirements to run a successful healthcare franchise.

With over 70 branches across the UK, Kare Plus holds numerous national and regional contracts with public and private healthcare organisations for both nursing and healthcare assistant staff supply and post-hospital care services.

With the rise in demand for home care services, our franchisees work with private customers, local authorities and CCGs to supply medical and non-medical home care, for children, adults and the older people.

Director of Operations, Dominic Rothwell said:

A Kare Plus franchise represents a creditable finance opportunity linked to the building of a business with real social purpose and value.”
