Kare Plus recognised as an Investor in People

Kare Plus, the UK’s most established multi-service healthcare franchise, has been awarded accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.

Established in 1989, Kare Plus provides healthcare services to over 75 local communities, nationally. With nurse and HCA recruitment and registered home care services as two of the many services the organisation provides, staff development and customer support is fundamental to its success in recent years.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Kare Plus. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Kare Plus should be extremely proud of its achievement.”

Commenting on the award, Dominic Rothwell, Kare Plus’ Director of Operations said: “I am absolutely delighted that we have achieved the Investors in People accreditation. We are a people business and this award is a landmark moment to all we set out to achieve. The standard is getting tougher, and it is a clear demonstration of our commitment to continuous improvement. We look forward to building on the organisation’s strengths and developing our team even further.”
