Further Growth For Belvoir

The Belvoir network grows its expanse across the nation, with Belvoir Swansea and Belvoir Bedford opening second offices

Ben and Daisy Davies, who opened their highly successful Belvoir Swansea office five years ago recently achieved a long-term ambition to open a second office in the affluent village of Mumbles.

“When we first launched Belvoir Swansea we always had a plan to open a second office in Mumbles, and we are absolutely thrilled,” explains Daisy. “Roughly a third of our business has always been in this area, which includes the Gower peninsula, and is an affluent location including lots of high-end properties.

“The new office looks fantastic and we have received lots of positive feedback from both landlords and tenants about opening in the area, it offers a place to meet locally for our SA3 clients. We are now looking to grow our portfolio of properties in the area.”

At present Daisy is working at the Mumbles office, but in the near future Lettings Manager Emma Penhallurick will be relocating from Swansea. We have predicted that a further one to two members of staff will be employed before the end of the year.

Over at Belvoir Bedford, owner Zoe Bywater, who has been in business for 13 years, has finalised an office rebrand, taken on new, neighbouring premises and been united with husband Nigel as the couple develop into residential sales.

“It was always in our plans for my husband Nigel to come on board, but once we made the decision to expand into estate agency it seemed the perfect time for him to give up his job, undertake the necessary training and join Belvoir Bedford full time to manage this side of the business,” explains Zoe.

Belvoir growth

“The new office is next door to the lettings office and following the recent rebranding it looks great. Our clients and staff love it, and it’s so eye-catching that we’ve even seen a couple of our competitors taking photographs!

At present we are working hard on a new marketing campaign, so that the people of Bedford realise we have launched residential sales within the business. This is a very exciting time for Belvoir Bedford and Nigel and I are really looking forward to the future.

Speaking of the expansion of two of Belvoir’s most successful offices, Dorian Gonsalves, Director of Commercial and Franchising said: “I would like to wish Ben and Daisy, and Zoe and Nigel every success with the launch of their second offices.

This pattern of expansion and business growth is something that we are seeing right across the Belvoir network. When our franchise owners join Belvoir we encourage them to plan for the next five to ten years and opening a second office or completing on an acquisition is a perfect way to achieve their goals, especially now that Belvoir has introduced residential sales and many offices are deciding to include this service.

The Belvoir network is set to grow considerably over the next few years and this is an exciting time for anyone who is considering a career in property with a fantastic franchise opportunity.
