Fitted Home Alarms named finalists at the security and fire awards 2019

Fitted Home Alarms are delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted for ‘Customer Care Initiative of the Year’ at the Security and Fire Awards 2019.

Now it in its twentieth year, Security & Fire Excellence Awards has consistently broken new ground in highlighting the very best people, projects, and processes that the security and fire sectors have to offer.

We are delighted to have been chosen in the top ten companies in the shortlist for this accolade; it truly demonstrates the ongoing hard work and dedication of our customer service team, and is a testament to our customer centric approach to provide the best possible service, consistently, and at best value possible.

Security and Fire Awards 2019 shortlisted us for our industry-leading, all-inclusive, fixed cost, maintenance plan with 10 year extended warranty. This was an instant success with our customers as we promised to look after our customers for the next 10 years, with annual service and extended warranty for all our installed products at a fixed cost paid on a monthly basis, without the need for a fixed-length contract, or huge upfront payments.
