énergie is front page news in Health Club Management

Leading magazine for decision-makers in the global health club, fitness and gym industry, Health Club Management, features énergie Chairman and CEO, Jan Spaticchia on the front cover of their November/December edition, alongside a fantastic in-depth article which looks at the following topics in more detail.

How the company has grown from humble beginnings

Starting out with one single club in 2003, Jan talks about how the brand has evolved over the years to become the leading fitness franchise company it is today. Now operating over 100 clubs across domestic and international territories, including Ireland, Poland, Latvia and East Africa, énergie is a rapidly growing, multi-award-winning fitness club brand in today’s thriving health club sector.

How énergie is now shaking up the franchise market

Working with our franchisees through our tried and tested franchise model, we are proud to provide passionate entrepreneurs with the opportunity to join the énergie franchise network with no prior experience in the sector and turn their dreams into a reality. Our experience in the industry not only provides outstanding support to our franchisees, but it also allows us to provide the tools for a ground-breaking club opening and offer our comprehensive world-class training structure.

Our rebrand from Fit4less to énergie Fitness

Beginning the rebrand process in 2016, Fit4less and énergie Fitness Clubs across the board have been migrating to our new brand, énergie Fitness, giving a refreshed look, feel and message to our fitness clubs. The new brand brings a series of improvements in structure and performance to our clubs, giving members a quality club for a low-cost membership.

The addition of thé YARD and our plans to roll out thé YARD franchise model

In line with the rebrand, énergie has introduced its new all-inclusive, high-intensity training concept, thé YARD, to bring a unique series of fitness classes to our clubs. Following a phenomenal response from the first two YARDS launched at Sheldon and Ipswich, énergie now plans to launch thé YARD as its very own boutique franchise model.

Our new club model and the introduction of club hosts

Operating with a new focus on customer service and member experience, énergie has introduced club hosts to not only welcome members into the gym – but to make them feel like a VIP on every visit. In doing so, we’re able to cater to that missing ingredient which saw 49% of low-cost club members experience a lack of communication from club staff.1

An introduction to our UK based Head Office team behind our robust franchise support structure

Featuring a segment on a fraction of the énergie management team, our CEO, Non-Executive Director, Head of Property, Head of Finance, Head of Operations, Head of Training, Fitness and Innovation, and Head of Franchise Recruitment share an insight into their previous experience, their current roles and how they’ve grown with énergie as a brand.
