énergie Fitness opens new gym in Bridgend Shopping Centre

On Saturday 12 May, énergie Fitness opened a brand-new 8,000sqft gym in Bridgend Shopping Centre.

The new gym features a free weights area, cardiovascular equipment, Olympic Lifting Platform and changing facilities, alongside a dedicated training studio with over 40 classes per week.

Bridgend is also the latest énergie club to feature thé YARD. Unique to the énergie Fitness, thé YARD comprises a circuit-based studio with punch bags, suspension trainers, slam balls, benches and more, using MYZONE heart-rate monitors to track effort and performance.

In addition to Personal Trainers who are available for private sessions, énergie Fitness Bridgend offers ‘émpower’ – a unique 30-day results guaranteed programme for members.
