A self-employed franchise purchase opportunity to project manage property damage claims from inception to completion is available to those who can demonstrate they have the drive to join a growth and results orientated company.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a professional and driven work ethic, have a flair for customer service and the ability to negotiate contracts, plus be willing to take on further training to BDMA technician standard (if not already qualified to this standard).

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the loss caused by insurance damage
  • Liaising with insurers and loss adjusters to negotiate a fair settlement for the insured
  • Overseeing vetted contractors to reinstate the property to its former glory
  • Working in a compliant manner in line with FCA rules and Aspray service level agreements
