Lucy Campbell has a wealth of experience in both franchising and homecare, with a proven track record of supporting a wide portfolio of businesses from pre-start through to scaling up.

Since joining Right at Home seven years ago, Lucy has held a number of senior leadership roles and is currently CEO. She plays an instrumental role in the growth and development of the organisation. Under her leadership, the brand had grown to over 70 offices nationwide, secured multiple awards in both the homecare and franchise sectors, and has firmly established itself as a company synonymous with quality and trust.

She also sits on the board of the Homecare Association, where she is proud to play her part in shaping the future of the industry.
