Ghanshyam Ramparia

Ghanshyam Ramparia began his career as a Management Consultant with PA Consulting and Deloittes. He then went onto personally acquire, turnaround and divest companies. His journey into franchising began in 2010 with Costa Coffee and he now operates a multi-site portfolio in the Midlands. His group is a high performing partner and has consistently been one of the best performing franchise partners with Costa.

He also sits on many groups working alongside the senior Exec at Costa. In 2021 he also became the fist Franchise Partner of itsu as part of their transition into Franchising. He is a hands on operator with an eye for detail, nurturing great teams and delivering exceptional results. His group has plans to reach over 100 sites with multiple brands over the next few years.
 
Ghanshyam is also a philanthropist supporting many good causes, a business mentor to young startup business owners, a charity volunteer and also a Trustee of BAPS (an international charity with several thousand sites).
