Gabriel is a seasoned entrepreneur overseeing a portfolio of over 40 retail and hospitality sites.
Launching his career at Subway in 2004 as a Sandwich Artist, he opened his first franchise store within eighteen months and went on to develop 15 additional locations. He later expanded into CeX, operating 28 branches through a combination of new openings and strategic acquisitions.
More recently, Gabriel has grown his portfolio with four Miniso stores and is spearheading the expansion of Arepa & Co, a fast-casual Venezuelan dining concept in London, now preparing to open its fifth site.
