Gabriel Moreno

Gabriel’s journey started in Subway in 2004 as Sandwich Artists, 1.5 years later he opened his first own store.

From there, he went on to open another 15 sites before moving to CeX. He now operates 21 sites under this brand where he has achieved this through a mix of new store openings and acquisitions.

More recently, Gabriel opened three stores under the Miniso brand and plans to expand this brand to 15 sites. Alongside his franchising journey, he is also involved in the expansion of Arepa & Co, a casual dining concept in London that is about to open its fourth site.
