Robin opened his first Costa Coffee store in 2004, over the next 19 years, Robin grew his Costa business to 57 stores along the South Coast, employing 600 staff. 8 of these stores were by acquisition from other franchisees, while 49 were opened from scratch. Robin was the Chair of the Costa Franchise Association in 2016 and a key member of the Franchise Steering Group liaising with Costa Ltd on key matters.
In 2018 Robin exited and sold the business to another Costa partner. Robin is now forging his career as a Franchise Consultant to Franchisors.
