The franchise package
Coupled with its proprietary curriculum using the Early Years Foundation Stage for educational programmes, The Learning Experience provides franchisees with a turnkey model that is completely unique in the childcare industry to make the opening of your nursery as simple as possible. All this, while continuously providing world-class training, expert marketing support, and back of house systems to successfully run your business.
The Learning Experience real estate department and executive team search for new centre locations based on the cost of real estate, competitive tuition cost analysis in the area, population density and growth of children and adults, and the working population.
Once site selection is complete, The Learning Experience works directly with developers and suppliers to build and set up a new centre specifically chosen to optimise your opportunity by attracting the largest number of parents and children in the area.
After handing you the keys to your new centre and throughout your journey as a franchisee, The Learning Experience’s in-house experts create and provide its proprietary curriculum every month to support your teachers, as well as innovative technology developed for use both in and out of the centre, continuous marketing support in both digital and printed forms, hiring support, comprehensive training, and ongoing operational guidance.

The Finances
Franchisees are offered a turnkey centre in return for a set development fee. The franchise fee is £43k + VAT, and overall investment will range from £425k-£575k, 50% of which should be available in liquid funds. The ongoing royalty rate is 8% of revenue. Introductions to banks can be made.
Territories
First UK centre was opened in East Finchley in October 2020. A pipeline of new turnkey sites is being built with expansion possible throughout England. The vision is for 70 centres in the UK within 5-7 years.
