Your role:

You won’t be painting cars, you’ll be managing your team of technicians, driving your marketing, and building relationships with local dealers to grow your business.

If you’re looking to paint cars, this isn’t the business for you. This is a management franchise, where you employ a small team of skilled technicians who we will help you to recruit.

Your fleet of vans will be fitted out to the highest standards, providing your technicians with state-of-the-art mobile workshops.

That leaves you to focus firmly on business expansion: local marketing to car owners; building relationships with local trade customers; motivating and developing your team; and adding further vans when the time is right to grow.

Your customers:

Covering both trade (car dealerships, fleet & lease companies, insurance companies) and retail (general public) customers, your technicians will use advanced and innovative products to produce quality repairs at a fraction of the cost of a bodyshop. Trade customers value the quality and ease of service provided, while individuals love the convenience of a mobile service that comes to them, at home or at work.

Your training:

Initial training for new franchisees is comprehensive, covering all aspects of the business, including technical awareness training so you know what is expected of your technicians.

Our extensive ongoing training programme includes a wide range of business training workshops and masterclasses including sales, financials, leadership and people-management, as well as on-going courses for technicians at our IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry) accredited training centre.

How much does a Revive! franchise cost?

You’ll need to invest £25,000 of your own capital, plus funding, to start your Revive! management franchise. Total investment including working capital is around £60,000 and in your first quarter of trading, you can reclaim all VAT costs back – typically around £17,000 after the franchisee fee, vans and equipment are included.

We have excellent relationships with high-street banks and other lenders – they have historical evidence of our franchise model and its profitability for franchisees, which is why they are happy to fund up to 70% of the total financial investment.

We will introduce you to lenders and help you obtain any funding you require, subject to status.
