All of Paris Baguette's menu items are made fresh in-house throughout the day, offering the perfect blend of a classic bakery, boulangerie and patisserie. The menu features over 25 premium dishes ranging from celebration cakes, bespoke baguette sandwiches, locally roasted coffee, French-inspired pastry, and artisan breads.
With proprietary recipes, an impressive lineup of food and desserts people love, a proven training model, and a record of global success, Paris Baguette offers franchise owners a compelling and rewarding business to be a part of.
What does the franchise package provide?
The Paris Baguette franchise package provides everything an aspiring franchisee needs to get started. The package includes a café opening roadmap with a checklist of 206 items, site selection support, supply chain set-up, design and construction facilitation, training programs, ongoing operational support, product development, advertising and marketing guidance. The company also provides franchisees with access to its proprietary recipes and baking techniques, ensuring that every product meets the company's high standards.
Finances
The initial franchise fee is £50,000 for one site or £40,000 for multiple sites. The minimum investment required to open a Paris Baguette franchise is £400,000.
This includes the cost of site selection, construction, equipment, inventory, and two months of training for bakers, general managers, and front-of-house staff. With projected annual retail sales for a Paris Baguette café ranging from £1.5 million to £2 million, franchisees can expect to turn a profit within 3 years while earning a salary during the initial years.
In return for their investment, franchisees receive comprehensive support from the company. This includes assistance with sourcing contractors, designers, architects, and suppliers.
Franchisees will benefit from Paris Baguette's established brand and reputation, which helps to drive footfall and generate sales. Additionally, franchisees receive ongoing support from the company's management team who are committed to ensuring the success of every franchisee and will provide on-the-ground support for the first ten days of a café opening.
In addition to the franchise fee, ongoing royalties of 5% of gross sales (exclusive of VAT) are required which covers the use of the Paris Baguette brand name and business development support. Franchisees are also responsible for signing the lease for the property that will be operated as a Paris Baguette site.
Franchisees will be able to receive preferential terms with Paris Baguette’s lending partner Citibank to help generate the funding required to start a Paris Baguette franchise if needed.

Since opening its first store in Seoul, South Korea in 1988, Paris Baguette has expanded globally with over 4,000 stores worldwide. In the UK, Paris Baguette has successfully opened its first company-owned stores at the iconic Battersea Power Station and on Kensington High Street.
Paris Baguette is actively seeking franchise partners in the Greater London area (within 25 miles of central London). Beginning with London and the South East, Paris Baguette will then roll out across the rest of the UK over the next several years.
Paris Baguette has plans to expand its European operations with the aim of rolling out 450 units across the continent by 2036 including 200 units in the UK. As the brand continues to expand, there are numerous opportunities for franchisees to achieve success and grow their business.
