About The Healthcare Practice
The Healthcare Practice Plc have a team of Healthcare Partners (franchisees) who work across the UK selling, advising and promoting Western Provident Association (WPA) private health insurance products.
WPA are a specialist health insurer with a heritage of over 115 years, offering a choice of health insurance products to suit a variety of needs. This includes comprehensive health insurance plans and cash plans for both companies and individuals.
Healthcare Partners not only sell and promote WPA's health insurance products but actively maintain customer relationships with regular contact. Based from home, and with no need for stock or staff, Partners generate new opportunities within their area through networking, contacts, and introducers. They use their expertise to manage their customer portfolio whilst growing an ethical and successful business.
The Offering
The Healthcare Practice believe their success starts with yours, that’s why each new Partner receives a unique launch package, together with world-class training and support, giving you and your business the best possible start.
Key features of the Launch Package include:
- £33,000 guaranteed fee scheme (If you take on a new Healthcare Practice with no existing client base, you will be eligible for the Guaranteed Fee Scheme. The fund is designed to assist you throughout the challenging first two years of your business. You will receive £22,000 in your first year and £11,000 in your second year, subject to reaching the business plan targets.)
- £3,000 marketing budget – to help you promote your practice
- A local mentor for 2 years
- Ongoing membership to the Chartered Insurance Institute
- Ongoing compliance, product, and IT training and support
