Viable new sites are being presented to us every single week. These opportunities span the UK, with prime sights at retail parks and shopping centres up for grabs. We are looking for franchise partners to take advantage of these sites with. We’ve been operating for over a decade now. We take a structured, analytical approach to all new sites, bringing together a proven business model, robust operating procedures and market-leading marketing know-how.
In a word – everything. We’re here every step of the way. Our relationship starts by giving you access to prime retail locations and never ends. The transactional first step is leveraging strong relationships with all major landlords in the UK - our covenant strength affords us tier one site opportunities to ensure an auspicious starting point for the both of us.
After that – we support finance applications (and even provide finance in some cases), design the venue together, build the store and supervise the entire pre-opening marketing process. We provide franchisee training, store training and then our operational team support you once you’re open.
You’ll need a minimum of £150,000 liquid capital to start your Flip Out journey.
We work with franchisees to help them source finance. We have excellent relationships with high-street banks and alternative lenders. We’re also in a position to help finance some of the builds ourselves.
Potential franchisees will be put in touch with the existing network and given full transparency of all the numbers, should they progress with us.
