About Us
Fireaway Pizza was started in 2016 by Mario Aleppo. The brand has grown from that single store in South London to a National brand with over 155 stores and counting. Fireaway offers artisan pizzas using fresh dough and fresh ingredients using an authentic Italian recipe brought over from the Amalfi Coast by the founders grandmother in 1950. Our dough is made on site using flour from Naples and is left to rise overnight.
Franchising with us
We have expanded rapidly in a short period of time. We have stores in Amsterdam as well as stores under construction in Turkey and Portugal. Our core products are sent over from Italy on a weekly basis including Buffalo Mozzarella, Cannoli and Plum tomatoes. Our brand stands out from the crowd for a number of reasons including our subway style open kitchen layout where customers can see their pizza being made and cooked in front of their eyes. Also our handmade stone fired ovens are constructed especially for Fireaway by a family run company in Rome. This is the reason our pizzas only take 180 seconds to cook.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for experience, focused and driven individuals to join the family and become Fireaway Franchisees. Unlike most franchises Fireaway does not charge a percentage royalty and instead has opted for a much simpler set monthly fee of £950 which will cover management and marketing although we advise all of our franchisees to push their local store marketing.
The opportunity
Average store turnover is £40,000 per month however we have stores doing up to £100,000 per month. We are available on all delivery platforms such as deliveroo, ubereats and justeat at a preferential rate but we also have our own in house Fireaway mobile app and website which customers can order directly on. Our total group sales last year was approx £55 Million and we are aiming to be the No.1 Pizza company in the UK with a target of 400 stores in the next 5 years.
