What will I do as a Franchisee?
As a franchisee, you will have full responsibility for your store and your team. You will oversee the training, marketing, standards, and operations within your store. Your day will be full and varied. Ultimately, we seek fun-loving, customer-focused individuals who will enjoy helping us to deliver our delicious and renowned handcrafted pizzas to even more of our loyal customers across the country.
What are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for driven, entrepreneurial operators with significant brand experience, preferably within operations or management roles. You will also need to be flexible when it comes to relocating if necessary.
Homegrown Heroes is a brand-new, exciting programme offering current and former Domino’s team members the opportunity to own a Domino’s store and become part of the franchisee system. You’ll learn all the required skills to own, operate and run a Domino’s store and we’ll serve up hands-on support to ensure the process is a success – from initial onboarding all the way through to the store opening and beyond.
What do I need to become a Homegrown Hero?
Apart from brand experience and a great attitude, we require a minimum of £70,000/ €84,000 available capital at the point of application or 20-30% of the total project cost, with the ability to arrange further funding of up to £350,000/ €420,000. We also advise a 9–12-month timeline from initial selection to store opening.
