Pip Wilkins Honoured as One of the World’s Top 10 Franchise Influencers
Pip Wilkins QFP, CEO of the BFA (British Franchise Association) has been named one of the world’s top 10 franchise influencers in the 2025 Global Franchise Influencers list.
Published by SeoSamba annually since 2018, the list was created to recognise and celebrate individuals who are shaping the future of franchising, through thought leadership, innovation, and influence across media and industry channels. Its goal is to help industry professionals and aspiring franchisees to discover key voices, driving meaningful conversations and progress in the franchise world.

Longevity and experience
Wilkins has been working for the BFA, which has been helping businesses and individuals unlock their full potential through business format franchising, since 1999. She joined the organisation at the age of 19, rising through every department until being made CEO in 2016 at the age of 37. She celebrated her 25th anniversary at the BFA in 2024.
Established association
The BFA is the largest and most established franchise organisation in the UK, boasting over 320 franchisor and 1800+ franchisee members. A standards-based membership organisation, it is committed to ethical franchising and raising the standards of franchising in the UK.
Dual passions
