Yakub Master

Yakub Master is a multi-unit Chaiiwala franchisee with three successful stores in the North West and a fourth opening soon. With over 20 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services sector, Yakub also gained valuable hospitality experience prior to joining Chaiiwala.

In 2017, he made the leap into franchising after spotting a major opportunity with a brand he loved and believed in. Starting with limited capital, Yakub has grown his portfolio to four stores through a hands-on approach, a strong focus on customer experience, and building high-performing teams.
