Wafa is a multi-unit franchisee for Black Sheep Coffee and Home Instead with a growing portfolio in both social care and hospitality. With a background in product management, operations, and business leadership across care, technology, and financial services, she is passionate about driving service excellence through strong leadership, innovation, and community impact.

Since taking over the Home Instead Broadstairs franchise in 2024, Wafa has focused on strengthening operational standards, developing a high-performing and compassionate team, and improving outcomes for clients and Care Professionals. Alongside this, Wafa has developed a multi-unit franchise portfolio with Black Sheep Coffee, aiming to scale a values-led, customer-focused hospitality business across multiple sites.
