Sumin is a Development Agent and Franchise Partner for Zambrero, Australia’s largest Mexican QSR franchise and a rapidly growing brand in the UK. He brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, beginning his career in international four-star hotel groups, before transitioning to entrepreneurship in 2017, launching his own restaurant and pub and expanding into franchising with YO! Sushi.

After becoming a Zambrero Franchise Partner in Reading, Sumin quickly recognised the strength of the brand, its streamlined systems, and its scalable business model. Confident in its long-term potential, as an exceptional franchise opportunity he began developing additional Zambrero locations and took on the role of Development Agent to support the brand’s growth nationwide.

With a strong focus on operational discipline, financial clarity, and team development, Sumin has a proven track record of elevating performance across multiple sites.
